This project involved renovating 750 sf of existing lab space to create two new laboratories and upgrading shared utility spaces for two Thermo Fisher cryo-enabled electron microscopes. Work included mechanical and distribution system upgrades outside the renovated areas. An adjacent lab space in Room 1-214 remained operational, requiring careful planning to minimize disruptions. The project scope also included corridor work on an occupied floor.
