Terra Construction has made a commitment to provide our employees, subcontractors, clients and the public with a safe and healthy environment in which to conduct business. Terra will not compromise safety over cost, schedule or production.

Terra Construction has established a Safety Program in an effort to prevent health and safety risks. Terra's safety program provides a variety of training throughout the year for all employees. Additionally, Terra performs regular internal jobsite safety audits, third party inspections and is a participant in Minnesota OSHA Workplace Safety Consultations. Terra is committed to the belief that all injuries are preventable and the ultimate goal is that there are zero injuries.
