This project involved the complete reconstruction of six tennis courts at St. Catherine University, which had deteriorated with significant cracks and damage, making them unsafe for collegiate play. The work focused on addressing the underlying issues by stabilizing the soil beneath the courts and installing a network of drain tiles to prevent water-related damage. Additionally, the watershed district required the creation of a rain garden to manage stormwater runoff, reducing the environmental impact and promoting sustainability. The project resulted in modern, durable courts while ensuring long-term stability and ecological health.
