University of Minnesota – Morris Humanities Building Remodel

Terra was recently awarded Construction Manager at Risk services for the University of Minnesota – Morris’ Humanities Building Remodel. Work in the Humanities building will include a 16,800 sf renovation to upgrade classrooms, teaching center, media screening room and seminar/conference rooms. Terra is working with Engan Associates on the project.
