University of Minnesota – Morris Blakely Hall Remodel

Terra was recently awarded Construction Manager at Risk services for the University of Minnesota – Morris’ Blakely Hall Remodel. Work will include a 4,880 sf renovation to include classrooms, seminar rooms, gender neutral restrooms, custodial rooms and collaborative and individual work spaces. Terra is working with Engan Associates on the project.
