Terra will be completing a 10,000 sf renovation of the Hennepin County Sheriff’s Water Patrol Headquarters in Spring Park, Minnesota. The project will renovate a squad room, interview rooms, offices, conference room, training room, kitchen, locker room and restrooms on the main level of the facility. Terra is working with HCM Architects on the project.
