Terra Awarded HelpSystems

Terra was awarded the build-out of two floors in the Whitewater Office Center in Minnetonka, Minnesota. The scope includes 267 workstations, 21 offices, 11 phone rooms, seven focus rooms, 11 huddle rooms, four projects rooms, three conference rooms, two open collaborative spaces, breakroom, training room, mother’s room, wellness room, reception area, mail room, restrooms, dog room and pantry. Terra will be working with 45 North Group and NELSON on the project.
