Terra is Awarded 401 Lake Street Project in Wayzata

Terra was awarded the construction of 401 Lake Street East in the heart of Wayzata. The project consists of demolition of an existing building and construction of a 36,887 sf, three-story office building with enclosed parking. Terra will be working with Peterssen/Keller Architecture, VAA LLC, Pierce Pini & Associates and TVL Studio LLC on the project.
