Terra Awarded St. Cloud State University Student Health & Academic Renovation

Lawmakers recently approved over $18.5M in bond funding for a comprehensive renovation of Eastman Hall at St. Cloud State University. As the Construction Manager on the project, Terra General Contractors will renovate the 1929 building into the School of Health and Human Services which will provide Student Health Services, Health & Human Services, Counseling & Psychological Services Center as well as UCHOOSE.
