Terra was awarded the construction of a new retail building on Snelling Avenue in St. Paul. Work will include demolition of the existing Dairy Queen and construction of the new shell retail space. Construction began in October and is scheduled to wrap up in spring 2019. Terra is working with Grand Real Estate Advisors and Collage Architects on the project.
