Ridgeview Holdings, LLC has awarded the renovation and re-positioning of the facility at 13100 Wayzata Blvd. to Terra. This 4 story facility located near Ridgedale Shopping Center will undego a compete remodel of all common area and tenant spaces. Terra will be working with Curtis Squire, Inc. Ridgeview Holdings, LLC, Avison Young, Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. and RSP Architects.
