Terra will be completing upgrades for the historic House of Hope Presbyterian Church on Summit Avenue in St. Paul, Minnesota. The scope includes upgrading the existing steam heating system to a new energy efficient heating and air conditioning system, kitchen updates and various HVAC and electrical infrastructure improvements. We will be working with Pegasus Group, Miller Dunwiddie and Emanuelson-Podas on the project.
