Hennepin County has awarded Terra the renovation of the 1800 Chicago Avenue Detox and Mental Health Facility in Minneapolis, MN. This project is multi-phased and will remodel many areas of the existing facility and add a Mental Health component. The existing Detox Facility will always remain in reduced operation during the renovation. Terra is working with the staff from Hennepin County and Leo A Daly.
