Terra Awarded Health Care Compliance Association’s (HCCA’s) Office Relocation

Terra was awarded the 46,629 sf, three-level renovation of an existing office building for HCCA’s new office. The scope included offices, shipping/receiving area, production room, conference room, member services space, IT rooms, wellness facilities, a fitness center, yoga room, shower room and elevator lobby. Terra is working with 45 North Group and NELSON on the project.
