Terra Awarded European Wax Center in Maple Grove

Terra will be completing the 1,364 sf tenant interior buildout for the new European Wax Center in Maple Grove. The project involves converting a former Papa John’s. The space will include reception area, six waxing rooms, restroom and utility space. We will be working with Planforce Group on the project.
