Terra provided the construction management services on Phase II and III of the ISD 728 Salk Middle School in Elk River, MN. This project involved the completion of over $6M of improvements in the summer of 2018. The scope included new classrooms, front office and security improvements, kitchen and dining remodeling and many other components. School started on time at Salk Middle School.
