Terra has completed the construction of the District Offices for Independent School District 728. This project, which began construction in early 2017, converte
d the former Minnesota School of Business in Elk River, Minnesota into offices to house multiple departments within ISD 728. Terra also constructed a new School Board Meeting Room which will allow the school board to meet in the their own facility rather than at the Elk River City Hall.
