Terra was awarded the Construction Management at Risk services for the Academic Learning Center Project and Renovations at Bemidji State University (BSU) in 2015. Governor Dayton just signed the bonding bill to fund the project in Bemidji, MN. The project will complete various remodeling in Bensen Hall, A.C. Clark Library, Bangsberg Fine Arts and Sattgast Hall of Science. Upon completion of the various remodeling, Hagg-Sauer Hall will be demolished to make room for the new 26,000 sf Academic Learning Center. The design will be completed in 2018 and construction will start early in 2019. Terra will be working with Bentz / Thompson / Rietow Architects, Obermiller Nelson Engineering, Minnesota State and the staff at BSU.
