This project included the build out of a new office space for Newmark’s Minneapolis offices in the Fifth Street Towers. Terra provided pre-construction and construction phase services. Work included demolition of the existing space, millwork hub and other carpentry, new partition walls, flooring (polished concrete and carpet), acoustic panels, ceiling finishes, finishes, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC and electrical.  We also completed the renovation of the deck including a new handicap ramp and new decking materials.
