This project included construction manager at risk services on their renovation and addition to Comstock Memorial Union which serves as their student union. The scope of the project adds 3,200 square feet of open lounge space, renovates 3,000 square feet of quiet study lounge on the second floor and renovates 27,000 square feet of lounge, student organization and office space on the main level including social spaces, fireplaces and a welcome center. We worked closely with MSUM and the architect in various pricing exercises associated with multiple users groups of the building including various retail spaces. We utilized early bid packages to secure long lead items and managed the project through a cloud based project management software.
