We provided the remodeling of an historic pump house in Mound, MN. The 1934 pump house, located along the 13-mile Dakota Rail Regional Trail was converted for restrooms and refreshment vending. The renovated historic pump house takes advantage of the regional transit station, which has a parking ramp open to trail users and the cities farmers market.
