This project is part of a 12-acre development in an area known as Mississippi Crossings. Located along Highway 169 and the Mississippi River in Champlin, Minnesota, this project includes construction of two primary areas. An open-air, riverfront amphitheater will be equipped to operate for concerts, outdoor presentations and other community events. A 9,500 sf public pavilion and plaza will allow for all-season functionality with 
private event options.
