This project involved the build out of space for Hennepin County on the 10th floor of the 701 building. It was part of tenant interior updates on multiple floors of the 701 Building, an occupied 18-story high-rise building in downtown Minneapolis, MN.

Work included demolition, framing, drywall, millwork, carpentry, glass and glazing, doors and hardware, ceilings, flooring, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and new finishes.
