A ground up build of a one-story 23,862 sf retail grocery store was completed in Lakeville, MN. The building facade consisted of fiber cement architectural wall panels, metal panels, facebrick and translucent fiberglass wall panels. Interior elements of the store included thick-set tile from Germany, meat coolers, freezers, loading dock, display units, checkout counters and graphics. Site improvements included construction of parking lots, sidewalks, landscaping along with site utilities including the installation of a
225,000 gallon underground stormwater management system.
