Terra completed a number of re-roof projects for Carleton College including Burton, Davis, Musser and Nourse Halls. These projects involved removing existing roofing, salvaging existing tile roofing for reinstallation, a new EPDM roof system, installation of new copper flashings, replacement of dormer windows and  masonry tuckpointing at existing chimney crowns, gable parapet walls and interior turret parapet walls.
