Terra has completed two projects at Myers Hall on the campus of Carleton College. Myers Hall, built in 1958 (with a 4th level design by Minoru Yamasaki built in 1961) was in need of new windows. Terra worked with Carleton and W.L. Hall to develop a plan to replace the existing window systems with new aluminum casement windows. The replacement of the windows required some extensive plaster repair. The work was completed over a summer break.

Terra completed another project in Myers Hall over a summer to replace all the heating elements and controls to adapt to Carleton’s new geo-thermal campus Utility Master Plan.
