This project included construction of an elevator connecting link between Burton Hall and Davis Hall. Carleton College hired Terra to complete this work which included the addition of a five (5) stop elevator within the exterior space between both residence halls with a connecting link at all five (5) floors of both dorms to access the new elevator. The project also included selective demolition of the existing building exteriors with stone restoration and cleaning for reuse and a four (4) story stair tower within Burton Hall was converted to connecting floor levels.
