This project involved the demolition of an existing building at a busy intersection in downtown Wayzata and the construction of a new 36,887 sf, three-story office building with interior courtyard. The site will feature retail and enclosed parking on the main level, underground parking, office/retail space on the second floor and office space on the third floor.
