History

Terra General Contractors was formed in April 2004 and has experienced great growth and success since that time.

With our background and expertise in all areas of the project delivery process we can add value at any stage of project.  Terra has a proven track record of successfully working with developers and owners at the very beginning of a project to ensure that government entitlements are received.  We understand the value of working together and communicating with all members of the project team to ensure a successful project.  Our clients include developers, architects, property managers, retail, industrial, office interiors, medical and educational.  Also, we understand that most projects are driven by revenue and we work to see that design and cost expectations are met.

Terra provides a number of construction services:

  • General Contracting
  • Construction Management – At Risk
  • Construction Management – Agency
  • Design Build
  • Tenant Improvements
  • Owners Representation
  • Development Services

Terra General Contractors had an exciting and successful year in 2009.  Terra has secured a number of contracts during January 2010. We recently completed the new Inflight Training Facility for Delta Air Lines and were nominated for "General Contractor of the Year" by the American Subcontractors Association of Minnesota (ASA-MN).
