Bemidji State University Hagg-Sauer Hall

This project included demolition of the 82,500 sf Hagg-Sauer Hall and construction of a new 27,739 sf Academic Learning Center, plus 54,883 sf of renovations across five buildings. Work created flexible learning environments, upgraded faculty and lab spaces, added student collaboration areas, addressed $8.8M in deferred maintenance, and impacted 14 programs.

Bloomington Fire Station #4

This project replaced Bloomington’s Fire Station #4 with a modern 25,286 sf facility featuring three apparatus bays, training and office space, and living quarters. Designed for firefighter health and readiness, it includes advanced decontamination areas, gear storage, and clean/dirty separation to reduce hazardous exposure and support long-term safety.

MUNICIPAL + GOV

City of New Hope City Hall & Police Department

This project delivered a new City Hall for the City of New Hope, replacing the Honsey Outdoor Pool. The 63,556 sf facility houses city offices and the police department, with full site work. Interior spaces include a lobby, council chambers, offices, meeting rooms, holding areas, fitness, and structured parking.

Apple Valley Splash Valley Water Park

The Apple Valley Family Aquatic Center project modernized mechanical and filtration systems, refurbished slides and features, improved the entrance, and enhanced concessions. Updates included new shade structures and renovated bathhouse facilities, creating a more welcoming, inclusive, and accessible environment while improving efficiency and the overall guest experience.

Alerus Headquarters

This 29,691 sf interior buildout brought Alerus’s Minnetonka headquarters to life, blending functionality and brand presence. The space features a welcoming reception, café, collaborative areas, conference rooms, offices, and secure vault. The dynamic workplace will support innovation, client service, and future growth.

Riverway Church

Our team partnered with Riverway Church to build its new 21,902 sf permanent home in Champlin. The welcoming facility features a 4,631 sf sanctuary, lobby, café, classrooms, nursery and support spaces, plus full site and parking improvements—creating a vibrant hub designed to grow with and serve the community.
