This project involved the remodel and distribution build-out of McKesson Medical-Surgical. McKesson is the world’s largest national medical supply distributor. Terra worked with CBRE and KSS Architects to develop pricing and a schedule that would allow them to relocate to Rogers, MN. While the project included some office improvements, the largest part of the project was the distribution portion of the project. Terra also installed a significant amount of in-rack sprinklers to address the fire protection needs of the project.
