This project involved the complete renovation of St. Cloud State University’s historic Eastman Hall, built in 1929. An existing pool was demolished and infilled, and a third-level addition over an existing gym added more than 15,000 sf. The scope included the construction of classrooms, exam rooms, waiting rooms, consultation rooms, laboratories, a phlebotomy lab, a pharmacy, therapy rooms, conference rooms, staff rooms and break rooms. Now home to the new Center for Health and Wellness Innovation, Eastman Hall offers classroom and clinical-training spaces for students studying to be counselors, nurses and medical technicians.
