Plaisted Companies, a supplier of soils, sands and other landscaping materials, was looking to expand their dispatch area and offices to accommodate their anticipated growth. The project involved an interior renovation and two-story addition that included expanded dispatch area, conference rooms, offices, break rooms, sales desk, retail and parts storage spaces, restrooms, locker-room improvements, company store, work room and executive lounge. The project also included the installation of a fire sprinkler system throughout the new addition and existing facility served by above ground storage tanks.
