BSU Academic Learning Center
Terra Construction was retained by Bemidji State University as the Construction Manager for the Academic Learning Center & Campus Renovations. The project demolishes the existing 3-story 82,500 sf Hagg-Sauer Hall and constructs a new 25,500 sf classroom building (the Academic Learning Center) while also renovating 43,400 sf of existing classroom buildings (Bangsberg, Bensen, Clark and Sattgast) to serve the students and faculty of Bemidji State University. The new classroom building will be viewed as the centerpiece in this multi-phased plan to increase classroom utilization and create modern, flexible learning space on campus. The renovation projects will accommodate the relocation of the faculty offices and support spaces for several academic departments.
