| Stoneworks Architectural Precast | |||||
 Construction on a new facility for a new startup company was completed in 2006 for Stoneworks Architectural Precast in Elk River. The 12,000sf industrial facility included a manufacturing area wood shop, resin spray room, break room and locker room. Stoneworks is a manufacturer of architectural building products for the construction industry. The facility was designed by Miller Dunwiddie Architecture and was completed in 4 months.
