Phillips Community Center

The Minneapolis Park & Recreation Board has recently awarded the remodeling of the Phillips Community Center in South Minneapolis to Terra General Contractors. The scope of this project includes roof replacement, mechanical and electrical infrastructure improvements, infill of existing pool and general building improvements. Terra will work closely with LKPB Engineers on this project to ensure completion by June 1, 2010.
