 The sitework and utility improvements on the new retail development across from Coborns Grocery is nearly complete and only awaits the extension of Lachman Avenue to be completed by the City of Albertville in 2008. This new development will provide additional retail, commercial, restaurant, office and professional opportunities to this side of Albertville, MN. The civil engineer on this project was Oliver & Associates. |
