Terra General Contractors is providing construction management services for THC, Inc of Atlanta, GA for the Phase 6 Noise Insulation Program at the Key West International Airport in Key West, FL. Terra General Contractors’ responsibility is to manage the NIP modifications required in the sixty-nine (69) residences in Phase 6. Terra General Contractors manages all the preconstruction meetings, scheduling and communication between the owners, airport and Monroe County and the closeout for this project that will start January 2009 and be complete by August 2009. The Sun Group of West Palm Beach, FL has provided the architectural design along with Miller Dunwiddie Architecture of Minneapolis, MN. The scope of work requires replacement of all windows, doors, hurricane shelters and the addition of air conditioning and any electrical modifications required.
