Metropolitan Airports Commission (MAC) at MSP International Airport
Terra General Contractors was recently added to the list of approved general contractors to provide continuing construction services to the Metropolitan Airports Commission.

MAC Energy Program - Phase 12 & 13
The Metropolitan Airports Commisson (MAC) has awarded the contract for the MAC Energy Program - Phase 12 & 13 to Terra General Contractors. Terra will be working closely with Architectural Alliance and Michaud Cooley Erickson to provide mechanical, electrical, lighting and architectural energy improvements to the Lindbergh Terminal at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport. The project is scheduled to start immediately with completion in October 2010.

Anchor Bank - Eden Prairie
Terra General Contractors has recently been awarded the remodeling of the former Eden Prairie Krispy Kreme for their new Eden Prairie Branch Office.  The project includes completely remodeling the existing facility, add a new front entry and construct the Anchor Bank signature tower.  Mohagen Hanson Architectural Group’s design allows Anchor Bank to move from their current location to a more visible location.  The project is scheduled to begin May 3, 2010 and be complete no later than August 13, 2010.

Clayco
CB Richard Ellis has selected Terra General Contractors to complete the interior renovation for Clayco Inc.’s new Minneapolis Operations at the The Colonnade in Golden Valley, Minnesota.  Clayco Inc. is a privately owned, national leader in real estate development, design and construction and is opening a full service office in the Minneapolis, Minnesota region.  Terra will work closely with Tim Murnane, Clayco’s Minneapolis Branch Manager on this quick project.  Clayco has provided the architectural services for this new space.  The project has already started and is anticipated to be complete in May 2010.
