The Great River Centre of Otsego is the site of the new 188,000sf SuperTarget and will have up to an additional 800,000sf of commercial and retail space when fully developed.  Terra GC worked with Miller Dunwiddie Architecture, Dahlgren Shardlow Uban, RLK Associates, Braun Engineering, Ryan Companies, Target Corporation and the City of Otsego.  The SuperTarget is scheduled to open in October 2008.

Additional site improvements will be made in the spring of 2008.  This work consists of landscaping, lighting, sidewalks, bike paths and additional road improvements.
