| Fremont Place – Zimmerman, MN | |||||
 MTK Development, LLC selected Terra General Contractors to construct their new 11,000sf retail center in Zimmerman, MN. Fremont Place is the home to a new Dunn Bros Coffee Shop and additional retail in this growing community. The facility is located near the intersection of County Road 4 and Highway 169 and was designed by Lampert Architects with civil engineering services provided by Bolton-Menk. The project shell was completed in March of 2008. Miscellaneous sitework and landscaping will occur in the spring of 2008. Superintendent: Brian Reichert |
