| EDCO Products, Inc./Arrowhead Supply – Otsego, MN | |||||
 EDCO Products, Inc. selected Terra General Contractors in the spring of 2007 to construct their new 29,000sf distribution facility in Otsego, MN. This new facility will be located along Hwy 101 in Otsego, MN and will replace the facility currently leased in Elk River, MN. EDCO Products, Inc. is the largest producer of residential steel siding in the country, with an expanded line of prefinished exterior building products to serve both residential and commercial markets. The project was completed on time and under budget. Terra provided the owner and Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) prior to construction and was able to return the savings to the owner. The project was designed by Miller Dunwiddie Architecture and civil engineering services were provided by Anderson Engineering. Superintendent: Joel Peterson |
