B&B Coffee and Dunn Bros awarded Terra General Contractors the construction for the new Dunn Bros Coffee shop located in Fremont Place in Zimmerman, MN. The coffee shop is scheduled to open April 1, 2008. The project was designed by DJR Architects and completed in cooperation with B&B Coffee and Dunn Bros Coffee.
This was Terra’s first project for Dunn Bros. Dunn Bros. Coffee started in 1987 in St. Paul, Minnesota and roasts their coffee right in each shop. The Zimmerman Dunn Bros. will be operated by B & B Coffee out of Elk River, Minnesota and features a 1,800sf space, with a fireplace, free WIFI and convenient drive thru. The project was completed in March 2008.
