| Cretex Companies – Elk River, MN | |||||
 Cretex Companies, founded in 1917 has selected Terra General Contractors to complete the remodeling of their headquarters in Elk River, Minnesota. Cretex is a national family of companies supplying the work markets with products ranging from heart pacemaker components to prestressed concrete bridge beams. The project includes remodeling the offices, addition of a conference room/training area and fire safety modifications. The 1st floor modifications were completed in March 2008. Terra was just awarded Phase II which will be complete by June 15, 2008. These modifications include remodeling the second floor offices and moving the servers to a new location. The servers serve all Cretex Companies and that move will be completed over a weekend. Miller Dunwiddie Architecture has provided the architectural and interior design services. Michaud Cooley Erickson Engineers has assisted with the mechanical and electrical design. Superintendent: Joel Peterson |
