Terra General Contractors has completed an update and remodel of the 11th Floor Common Areas in The Colonnade. The new look represents the new building standard which will be incorporated on other floors throughout the building over time. BDH & Young’s design brings new warmth to the common areas by introducing accents of wood, glass and black granite to compliment the carnelian granite finishes that The Colonnade is traditionally known for. New finishes were surface applied to maintain the integrity of the original granite and are enhanced by upgraded, energy efficient lighting.
