Central Minnesota Jobs & Training Service (CMJT) is currently a tenant in an existing Vantage Point Partners, LLC (VPP) facility in Monticello. VPP is acquiring another facility in Monticello and will be moving CMJT into this facility.
VPP has been working with Terra General Contractors to develop the scope and pricing throughout the due diligence period and will engage Terra to complete the tenant improvements on this fast track project.
The project is anticipated to start in April 2008 and be complete for occupancy in June 2008. George C. Fantauzza & Associates is providing the architectural and interior design services.
