Terra General Contractors is providing Construction Management/Owners Representative Services for the window replacement project at Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota in Music Hall.  Terra has overseen the design, bidding and will oversee the implementation of this project in the summer of 2010.  Music Hall was built in 1913 and although it is not on the National Register of Historic Places, it is a very significant building on the campus.

Terra is working with Carleton College’s facilities staff, Professional Design Group of Northfield, Eagle Windows and Schmidt Construction to complete this important project.  The new windows will maintain the historic significance of the building while helping to save energy in all seasons as the existing windows were original to the building.
