In May 2008, Terra General Contractors bid and was awarded the remodeling and the addition project of the Burger King Restaurant in Elk River, MN for Dolphin Fast Foods.  Terra has recently completed this project.  The project included the addition of a new playroom, trash area, accessible restrooms and new décor.  In addition, the restaurants drive thru and dining room remained open throughout the project.  The project was designed by WCL Architects of Minneapolis, MN.
