Construction of the Rogers Retail Center in Rogers, MN that included a 30,000sf Best Buy was completed in March 2007. Terra GC developed the property and project along with Tim McShane of McShane Development. The 46,000sf facility was designed by WCL Architects and civil engineering was completed by Anderson Engineering. The project includes 16,000sf of additional retail space.
