Smyth Building Project

Terra General Contractors was selected by Wellington to provide the construction services to change use of the Smyth Building from single use to multi-tenant.  This requires adding an upgraded main entrance, handicap accessibility to the building and separating the electrical and mechanical systems to be functional in a multi-tenant occupancy.  Winther Johnson Robinson, Inc. (WJR) is providing the architectural services to the owner.  The project is underway and is scheduled to be completed at the beginning of April 2010.
